Yes, we are able to deliver SAME DAY across Lagos, Nigeria as well as Abuja, Nigeria.

Yes, Floralhub.com.ng is open 24hrs all day including weekends and public holidays including Christmas Day. 

Due to the perishable nature of the product, flowers cannot be returned.

Fresh flowers should be kept somewhere cool, water changed regularly and stems trimmed. To do this justice, pls read this article we wrote on how to care for your flowers. There might be some surprising facts there too

We are open 24hrs, and are able to deliver same day across Lagos and Abuja

Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of the product (it can’t be brought back to the office/resold, in the event the client isn’t at the destination), we do not offer payment on delivery.

This is also because we typically use Uber/Bolt for delivery and they can’t receive payment on our behalf

We however offer several payment options (see next question)

There are various payment options available for your convenience.

  3. Website Online through Paypal (you do not need to have an existing Paypal account). Please change site currency to USD or GBP to see Paypal option

We typically use Bolt/Uber for deliveries and we encourage clients to ensure they give us accurate details for the recipient to avoid a failed delivery.

We usually make every attempt to reach the recipient at the delivery point, but if despite our attempts, the recipient is unreachable (e.g. phone switched off, or ringing), we would usually drop off the items with a guard or colleague.

If there is no one to drop the items with and the client is also unreachable or unresponsive, we would be forced to return the items to our Ikoyi, Lagos or Wuse 2, Abuja office for pickup by the client or recipient.

We usually recommend the recipient/client picks up the flowers and other items from our office as soon as possible as they are perishable

We are also able to redeliver the items upon payment of another delivery fee.

This happens often, we would typically request the difference in delivery fee from the client as we typically use Bolt/Uber drivers.

Please note that this is also the case if the recipient delays the driver as they are 3rd party drivers
